Living in Mayan lands of Mexico and apart from Yoga philosophy, she found many similitudes in the shamanic systems learning a few from the Mayan culture but transforming her life and points of view to understand wholeness and well-being practices as just One with many forms and names, facilitating cacao ceremonies and Yoni egg workshops.
She has tasted herself the power of natural medicines, as plans, elements in nature, meditation, visualization and prayers, working great with all the subconsciousness and shadow work that involves working with the oxidiana Yoni egg.
She has introduced Yoga to many during the last years, helping people to learn the value of the soft and delicate practices of Restorative Yoga as well as rediscover sexual energy & empower themselves through Tantra Yoga, helping to develop a more sustainable way of living, physical and emotionally, restoring balance and reconnecting with ourselves.
Yoga for Real Life is what she wants to teach and communicate.
